Metal Louver Noise Barrier
Acrylic Noise Barrier are a type of transparent sound barrier that offers advantages such as high light transmission, high strength, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. They are commonly used in engineering projects that require an unobstructed view, such as bridges, urban elevated roads, and scenic roads.
In practical engineering applications, Acrylic Noise Barrier is often combined with Metal Louver Noise Barrier, Metal Perforated Noise Barrier and Photovoltaic Noise Barrier to form composite noise barrier systems. These systems integrate multiple functions including sound absorption, sound insulation, landscaping, and even photovoltaic power generation to meet the customized needs of various projects.
Reinforced acrylic sound barriers are an upgraded version of standard acrylic barriers, offering enhanced panel toughness and structural integrity. The product utilizes brand-new virgin acrylic as its base material and features high-strength reinforcing ribs evenly distributed throughout its interior. It effectively addresses five core requirements—noise reduction, structural safety, light transmission and weather resistance, shatter and fall prevention, and landscape integration—making it the preferred solution for transparent soundproof sections in municipal projects overseas.
Beyond acoustic barrier components, the complete infrastructure solution can be integrated with Highway Guardrail Systems and Traffic Safety and Road Management Products delivering an all‑in‑one package covering noise mitigation and road safety management.
Constructed with high-performance PMMA transparent panels and aluminium framing, the system offers an optimal balance of strength and visual clarity.
It delivers excellent impact resistance, corrosion protection, and long-term durability. Designed for outdoor environments, it maintains stable performance under UV exposure, temperature changes, and weathering conditions.

Features a light transmittance rate > 85% (up to 90% for scenic models). The material is inherently tough, with a tensile strength of > 70MPa, making it 10–15 times more impact-resistant than ordinary glass.
With a surface density of 12.0 – 24.0kg/m2, it is substantially lighter than metal or glass barriers, allowing for a reduction in support structure costs and simplifying installation on existing bridges.
Designed with a smooth surface that yields a low drag coefficient (0.35 ~ 0.55). It can withstand Class 9–11 typhoons with high structural stability.

The panels are treated with a UV400 protective layer, preventing yellowing or cracking under prolonged solar exposure. It maintains its transparency and structural integrity for a service life of > 20 years in temperatures ranging from -30oC to +70 oC.
In the event of high-velocity impacts, the material is designed to resist shattering. It has been tested with a 500g steel ball from 1.0m, resulting in zero fragments, ensuring the safety of pedestrians and traffic in high-density areas.
Rated Class B1 (Flame Retardant) according to GB 8624-2012. The material does not produce toxic smoke or flaming droplets during combustion, meeting strict environmental and fire safety regulations for urban tunnels and residential zones.
High-Strength Transparent Acoustic Barrier
LuoFu Reinforced Acrylic Noise Barriers are made from virgin cast PMMA acrylic with embedded nylon or stainless-steel reinforcing ribs. The reinforced structure improves strength, impact resistance, and structural stability while maintaining excellent transparency and weather resistance.
Designed for highways, bridges, elevated roads, railways, and urban infrastructure, these transparent noise barriers combine acoustic performance, structural safety, light transmission, and modern aesthetics.

From raw material selection to final shipment, every stage is controlled for material quality, structural integrity, dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
01 | Raw Material Selection
High-purity virgin PMMA resin is used. No recycled material. High-strength reinforcement ribs receive anti-aging and corrosion-resistant treatment.
02 | Precision Mixing
PMMA is precisely compounded with UV stabilizers, anti-aging additives and toughening components according to the engineered formulation.
03 | Internal Reinforcement Positioning
High-strength reinforcement ribs are accurately positioned according to engineering drawings and specified spacing.
04 | Integral Casting
PMMA melt is cast into a dedicated mold with pre-positioned reinforcement ribs.

05 | Controlled Curing & Annealing
Controlled annealing reduces internal stress and minimizes the risk of cracking during machining and outdoor use.
06 | Precision Machining
Panels are cut, milled, drilled and slotted according to project drawings.
07 | Final Inspection
Each panel is visually inspected for bubbles, scratches, material defects, reinforcement displacement and surface flatness.
08 | Protective Film
PE protective film is applied to both sides to minimize scratches and surface contamination during transportation and installation.
09 | Engineering Packaging
Panels are packed with installation accessories for safe shipment.
