Highway Guardrail Post

We manufacture high-performance steel posts designed to support guardrail beams and securely anchor the barrier system into the ground.

Available Post Profiles:

• Round Post (Expressway Standard): 140 x 4.5 mm (Class A / SB / SA containment). The most widely used profile for mainlines.
• Square Post: Offers superior bending resistance and higher rigidity; ideal for bridges, central medians, and reinforced road segments.
• H-Post (H-Beam): Designed for ultra-high containment and critical impact zones (Class SBm / SA).

Material Specifications: Premium Q235 Carbon Steel (Yield strength >= 235 MPa, Tensile strength 375–500 MPa).

Anti-Corrosion Treatments:

• Hot-Dip Galvanized: Post average >= 50 um, local >= 39 um (or >= 600 g/m2).
• Galvanized + Electrostatic Powder Coating.
• Epoxy Zinc-Based Coating: Extra protection for coastal, high-humidity, or chemical industrial zones (>= 150 um).
