Guardrail Bracket

A cost-effective, streamlined alternative to offset blocks, used primarily to support and secure guardrail panels onto posts on lower-speed roads.

Design & Structure: Features a simple hat-shaped (“几” shape), bridge-shaped, or swallow-tail profile stamped from thin steel sheets.

Applications: Best suited for Class B/C guardrail installations on rural roads, municipal streets, and county highways. Mainly pairs with W-beam rails.

Material: Q235 Cold-Rolled Steel Plate.

Common Thicknesses:0 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm.

Coating Options: Hot-dip galvanized or Galvanized + Powder Coated (Grass Green / Slate Gray).

Compatibility: Universally fits both Dia. 114 and Dia. 140 round posts.
