Guardrail Offset Block

Offset blocks are critical safety components positioned between the rail and the post to prevent vehicle wheels from snagging on the posts during a collision.

Standard Trapezoidal Block (Class A / SB Mainstay): Hollow trapezoidal design that effectively absorbs impact energy, reduces vehicle rollover risks, and provides rigid support.

• Standard Dimensions: 196 x 178 x 200 mm | Thickness: 4.0 mm / 4.5 mm.
• Compatibility: Perfectly pairs with Dia. 140 round posts and standard W-Beam guardrail panels.

Thrie-Beam Reinforced Block: Enlarged and widened block engineered to handle Thrie-Beam rails and high-containment SB/SA ratings. Ideal for bridge approaches, cliffsides, and sharp curves.

Material: Stamped Q235 steel plate.

Coating Options: Hot-dip galvanized or Galvanized + Powder Coated (available in Grass Green or Slate Gray). Meets rigorous international anti-corrosion standards.
